My goal is to help teachers acquire the tools necessary to confidently deliver lessons both synchronously and asynchronously through a variety of blended learning formats, including the use of self-paced lessons. Furthermore, I want to help my colleagues more effectively incorporate Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) strategies into their lessons, which will help them engage their virtual students as well as their face-to-face (f2f) students.
As an administrator, I want to help teachers and staff create a learning environment in which all students can learn effectively and connect socially, emotionally, and academically. As an administrator I can use my extensive knowledge of education technology to support the teachers, staff, my fellow administrators, and the community in which I serve, to ensure that all students are receiving a high quality, 21st century education.
